Description
Introduction to Vianca Tablet 30’s
Vianca Tablet 30’s is a prescription antiretroviral medicine containing Efavirenz, Lamivudine, and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate. Efavirenz belongs to the non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) class, while Lamivudine and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate belong to the nucleoside/nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) group.
These medicines work together by interfering with HIV reverse transcriptase, an enzyme that the virus needs to produce new copies of itself. Therefore, Vianca Tablet 30’s helps suppress HIV replication and control the infection.
Do not take Vianca Tablet 30’s if you are allergic to any of its active ingredients. Inform your doctor if you have or previously had pancreatitis, seizures, heart rhythm problems, mental health conditions, liver disease, Hepatitis B or C, kidney problems, bone disease, or fractures.
Your doctor may recommend regular tests to monitor kidney and liver function, blood counts, and bone health during treatment. Moreover, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. If you are living with HIV, your healthcare professional can guide you about appropriate infant-feeding options.
Uses of Vianca Tablet 30’s
- HIV Infection: Used as part of antiretroviral treatment to manage HIV infection and reduce viral replication.
Therapeutic Effects of Vianca Tablet 30’s
Vianca Tablet 30’s targets HIV replication through two related mechanisms. Lamivudine and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate interfere with reverse transcriptase as nucleoside/nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors. Efavirenz also inhibits reverse transcriptase but works through a different mechanism as an NNRTI.
As a result, the combination helps prevent HIV from making new copies of its genetic material and supports viral suppression when taken consistently.
